SHIPPING POLICY

Since Our candles are hand-poured, it would require at least 1-2 days to properly settle.  Orders will be shipped in the most timely manner possible.  Once you placed your order please expect your order to be shipped within 3-7 days.  We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we have your tracking numbers. Depending on the number of iitems that you ordered we might arrange to have it packed into different packaging sizes and may be shipped or delivered to you at different times. Please feel free to reach out to us so we can help you track your order. Please note that your order may experience delays due to Covid-19. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At California Candle Shop®, we craft our products in small batches and carefully inspect them before shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please make your selections carefully. California Candle Shop® does not replace, refund, or exchange products that have been purchased ..........

 

Thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damages. In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (required) within three (3) days of delivery to dinah@californiacandleshop.com. We will only offer a replacement of the item originally ordered, no refunds, substitutions or exchanges. California Candle Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages that occur once package(s) are received. CC Shop releases all accountability and liability once USPS or another designated carrier takes possession of the package(s). CC Shop is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, and all costs associated with amending an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
